- 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S Low Fat Cottage Cheese with Calcium and Vitamin D
- 1/2 cup fat-free milk
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 6 oz. 2% Milk VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
Directions

1Cook macaroni in large saucepan as directed on package.

2Meanwhile, blend cottage cheese, milk and pepper in blender until smooth.

3Drain macaroni; return to saucepan.

4Add cottage mixture and VELVEETA; mix well.

5Cook on low heat 2 to 3 min.

6or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is heated through, stirring occasionally.
