- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 bouillon cubes
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 to 4 large potatoes
Directions

1Brown meat and onion in skillet.

2Drain off any fat; add bouillon cubes and water.

3Mix well and cook 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cook and mash potatoes, season with butter, milk, salt and pepper.

4Put the meat mixture in a greased baking dish. Spread the potatoes on top and bake for 20 minutes at 350°.

5Then place under broiler for a few minutes to brown the top.
