- 8 large potatoes or enough to fill a 9 x 13 baking dish
- Velveeta cheese
- mild Cheddar cheese
- 8 slices of bacon fried and drained well
- 1 1/2 - 2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
Directions

1Cook potatoes with skins on.

2When cooled, dice potatoes with skins into an 9 x 13 baking dish.

3Add cubed Velveeta and Cheddar cheese.

4(I like a lot of cheese.)

5You may use only one kind of cheese if preferred.

6Crumble fried bacon into potato and cheese mixture. Add mayonnaise.

7Mix well.

8Cover dish and refrigerate overnight or 8 hours.
