- 10 medium potatoes
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese or more
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 slice white bread, pieced
- corn flakes, crushed
Directions

1Boil potatoes with peels on.

2Cool or put in refrigerator overnight.

3Peel and cube potatoes.

4Place bread, onion and milk over potatoes.

5Slice the margarine and Velveeta and lay over top. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

6Stir melted cheese and butter into other ingredients.

7Sprinkle crushed corn flakes over top and bake another 45 minutes.
