  • 10 large potatoes
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 4 slices bread
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 8 oz. Velveeta cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • parsley flakes

Directions

    Boil potatoes; peel and then cube them.

    Put cubed potatoes in large baking bowl.

    Add diced green pepper and onion.

    Cube bread into potatoes.

    Sprinkle parsley flakes and salt and pepper to taste.

    Mix together.

    Warm milk and margarine in small bowl in microwave.

    Pour milk mixture over potatoes.

    Cube the Velveeta and mix into the potatoes.

    Bake at 350° for approximately 40 minutes, uncovered.

    Stir occasionally.
