- 10 large potatoes
- 1 green pepper
- 1 onion
- 4 slices bread
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 8 oz. Velveeta cheese
- salt and pepper
- parsley flakes
Directions

1Boil potatoes; peel and then cube them.

2Put cubed potatoes in large baking bowl.

3Add diced green pepper and onion.

4Cube bread into potatoes.

5Sprinkle parsley flakes and salt and pepper to taste.

6Mix together.

7Warm milk and margarine in small bowl in microwave.

8Pour milk mixture over potatoes.

9Cube the Velveeta and mix into the potatoes.

10Bake at 350° for approximately 40 minutes, uncovered.

11Stir occasionally.
