- 1 lb. sausage
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
- 1 small can chopped chilies
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
- 6 Tbsp. picante sauce
- 3 Tbsp. sour cream
Directions

1Crumble sausage, brown and drain.

2Put in a casserole dish. Add grated cheese, chilies, sour cream and mushrooms.

3Pour eggs on top.

4Spread hot sauce over top.

5Bake at 400° until eggs are done.

6Sprinkle cheese on top and cook until melted.
