  • 1 pkg. ground sausage
  • 9-inch pie crust
  • 1 1/2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped green and red pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. milk

    Brown sausage and drain; set aside.

    Mix cheese, peppers, onions, eggs and milk together.

    Add sausage and pour mixture in 9-inch pie shell.

    Bake at 350° until golden brown on top or knife inserted comes out clean.
