- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen corn broccoli and red pepper
- 14 cup water
- 12 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine, divided
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
- 14 cup milk
- 1 13 cups crushed saltine crackers
Directions

1In a saucepan over medium heat, bring vegetables and water to a boil.

2Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5-6 minutes or until tender; drain.

3In a saucepan over medium heat, saute the onion in 1 tablespoon butter until tender.

4Add soup and milk; stir until smooth.

5Ad cracker crumbs and cooked vegetables; mix well.

6Spoon into a greased 8-inch square baking dish.

7Dot with remaining butter.

8Bake uncovered, at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until golden.
