  • 3 large brown eggs
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. self-rising flour
  • 2 c. milk (sweet)
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix sugar, flour and milk.

    Add egg yolks, one at a time.

    Mix real well.

    Add vanilla.

    Place in pie crust and bake until done. Beat egg whites.

    Place on custard.

    Bake until brown.
