- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. round steak, cubed
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. water (hot)
- 1 pkg. Lipton French onion soup
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Combine the onion soup and hot water in bowl.

2Brown the steak in the oil on both sides.

3Remove the steak from skillet.

4Add flour and stir.

5Add the onion soup mix.

6Salt and pepper to taste.

7Put the steak back into the skillet.

8Cover and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
