  • 12 cup spaghetti sauce
  • 12 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 14 cup chopped onion
  • 14 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 12 teaspoons salt
  • 18 teaspoon oregano
  • 18 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup water
  • 12 cup spaghetti sauce
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese or 1 cup monterey jack cheese
  • 1 12 teaspoons salt
  • 1 13 cups Minute Rice

Directions

    Combine crust ingredients and mix well.

    Pat meat mix into bottom of pie dish.

    Pinch 1-inch fluting around edges.

    Set aside.

    Combine Minute rice, spaghetti sauce, water, salt and 1/4 cup of cheese.

    Spoon mix into meat shell.

    Cover with aluminum foil.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

    Uncover and sprinkle with remaining cheese.

    Return to oven and bake uncovered 10 to 15 minutes.

    Cut into pie-shaped pieces and serve.
