- 6 or 7 medium potatoes
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3 Tbsp. onion, grated
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 Tbsp. pepper
- 1 c. corn flakes, crushed
- 3 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Boil potatoes, with skins on, for 20 minutes.

2Cool.

3Peel and grate potatoes.

4Heat together oleo and soup.

5Add onion, grated cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper.

6Mix with potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

7Mix together corn flakes and butter.

8Put on top of mixture.

9Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.

10Can be refrigerated overnight.
