- 3 lb. country style ribs
- salt
- pepper
- flour
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/4 c. oil
- 4 apples
- 1 red onion
- 6 small red new potatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1Season ribs with salt and pepper to taste.

2Dredge in flour. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter and 2 tablespoons of oil in skillet. Brown half of ribs.

3Repeat procedure with remaining butter, oil and ribs.

4Reserve pan drippings.
