  • 8 minute, chop or sandwich steak or round steak, cut in serving pieces
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 soup can water
  • 1 Tbsp. oil

Directions

    Lightly brown steak in oil.

    Salt and pepper (careful not to use too much salt).

    Place in baking dish after browning.

    Pour off excess oil from frying pan.
  5. 5
    Put soup in this pan and add water.
  6. 6
    Stir well to mix and remove drippings from bottom of pan. Pour this over steak and bake in 325° oven for 1 1/4 hours or until tender.
