- 8 minute, chop or sandwich steak or round steak, cut in serving pieces
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 soup can water
- 1 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Lightly brown steak in oil.

2Salt and pepper (careful not to use too much salt).

3Place in baking dish after browning.

4Pour off excess oil from frying pan.

5Put soup in this pan and add water.

6Stir well to mix and remove drippings from bottom of pan. Pour this over steak and bake in 325° oven for 1 1/4 hours or until tender.
