- 1 can Campbell's cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Campbell's chicken broth
- 1 3/4 c. water
- 2 c. cubed peeled potatoes
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 c. cubed cooked chicken
- 1/4 c. diced sweet red or green pepper
- 1/4 tsp. curry powder
Directions

1In a saucepan, stir soup.

2Gradually stir in broth and water. Heat to boiling and add potatoes. Boil 5 minutes.

3Add remaining ingredients.

4Reduce heat to low.

5Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until vegetables are done.

6Makes about 8 1/2 cups or 6 servings. Recipe may be doubled.
