  • 1 package frozen greens (any kind)
  • 1 can organic tomato sauce
  • 1 cup couscous
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp. canola oil
  • 2 tbsp. garlic paste

Directions

    Put canola oil and garlic paste in large skillet. Saute vegetables in oil for 10 minutes. Add tomato sauce and bring to a simmer for 5 minutes. Microwave couscous and water according to directions on box. Fluff couscous with a fork, and add sauce and vegetables to couscous. Mix, and enjoy!
