  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 6 tsp. cocoa
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 1/2 c. squash
  • nuts, if desired
  • small chocolate chips

    Cream margarine, sugar and oil.

    Add vanilla, eggs and sour cream.

    Measure dry ingredients.

    Mix together.

    Add to creamed ingredients.

    Add squash.

    Add nuts, if desired.

    Mix well. Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
