  • 1 cup couscous
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 lb cubed ham
  • 4 ripe plum tomatoes
  • 12 large basil leaves
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 cup garbanzo beans
  • 1/2 cup stuffed olives
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

    Cook couscous according to package direstions.
