Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans
  • 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. vinegar

Directions

    Heat water to boiling; peel and dice potatoes.

    Drop into boiling water to shock potatoes.

    Cook until potatoes can be easily broken apart with a fork.

    Drain off water.

    Place kettle of potatoes back on ther burner and stir to remove all remaining moisture.

    Be careful not to scorch.

    Remove from heat.

    Whip with mixer, adding butter and milk to desired consistency.

    Add salt and pepper to taste.
