  • 2 cans (15 oz. ea.) pinto beans, drained
  • 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onions
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Hot Shot black & red pepper blend
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar

    In a 3-quart saucepan, cook bacon over medium-high heat until crisp.

    heat to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes 4 servings.
