- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1/2 medium onion
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 3/4 c. water
- 4.5 oz. can green chilies
- 4.5 oz. can black olives
- 2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1/3 c. milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown ground chuck with onion. Drain fat.

2Add taco seasoning and water (as if to make tacos). Then add green chilies and black olives.

3Set aside.

4Mix cornbread mix, milk, eggs and corn.

5In 13 x 9 greased or sprayed pan, layer 1/2 cornbread mix and all meat; top with cheese.

6Spoon on rest of cornbread mix. Spread evenly.

7Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until brown.
