- 7 oz. (3 1/2 c.) Raisin Bran
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2 c. buttermilk
Directions

1Mix together Raisin Bran, sugar, flour, salt and baking soda. Add eggs, oil and buttermilk.

2Mix well.

3Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full (or use paper baking cups).

4Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.

5Mixture will keep in refrigerator for 6 weeks.

6Muffins are better if mixture sets in refrigerator overnight.
