- 350 grams crab apples
- 300 ml whisky
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 2 slice fresh ginger
- 2 tsp honey
- 3 cloves
Directions

1Wash and dry crab apples

2Halve crab apples and as you layer them in glass jar (about 700ml) with the spices cover with whisky

3Add honey at the end and put lid on

4Leave it to rest making sure apples are covered with whisky all the time.

5Open when required and filter to a clean bottle
