- 1/2 stick butter/margarine
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 medium garlic clove, pressed
- 1/2 c. Wondra flour
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/4 pt. whipping cream
- dash of paprika
- 1 Tbsp. Cheez Whiz
- 1 medium jar sliced pimento
- 1/2 lb. lump crabmeat
Directions

1Melt butter in medium skillet.

2Saute vegetables and garlic until tender.

3To make cream and sauce; add flour and milk; cook to proper consistency.

4Add whipping cream.

5Add chopped, sauteed vegetables to cream sauce with dash of paprika.

6Add Cheez Whiz and pimentos.

7Stir in lump crabmeat.

8Taste for proper seasoning. Pour in a round casserole.

9Bake at 350° until bubbly.
