Crab Ball

  • 1 can white crabmeat, drained (6 1/2 oz.)
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (6 oz.) jar cocktail sauce

Directions

    In large bowl, combine cream cheese, crabmeat and lemon juice. Mix and mold into round ball (can freeze at this point).

    Place on lettuce leaves and pour cocktail sauce over entire ball when ready to serve.

    Garnish with parsley and serve with crackers.
