  • 2 eggs
  • 4 c. fine bread crumbs
  • 4 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 2 c. chopped celery
  • 2/3 c. finely chopped cilantro or parsley
  • salt and pepper

    Pick cartilage from meat; combine with all other ingredients; salt and pepper to taste.
