  • 4 slices stale bread, cubed
  • 1 lb. crab meat (regular; you can use backfin or claw)
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise (full ones)
  • 1/2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning

    Mix stale bread and crab meat together.

    Blend remaining ingredients together and then fold into the crab mixture.

    Make patties or cakes.
