- 1 lb. crab meat
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. sweet bell pepper
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. ground red pepper
- 2 c. Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. butter
Directions

1Combine all ingredients, except butter and 1 cup bread crumbs. Mix well.

2Roll individual patties in remaining bread crumbs and fry in butter until brown.
