  • 2 Eggs (beaten)
  • 1/4 c. Cracker Crumbs (rolled fine)
  • 1 Tbsp. Onion (chopped fine)
  • 1 Tbsp. Mustard
  • Worcestershire Sauce to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. Margarine
  • 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
  • Salt & Pepper and Seafood Seasoning to taste
