  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. seafood seasoning
  • 3/4 c. cracker crumbs
