  • 1 lb. crab meat
  • 1/3 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Sauer's parsley flakes
  • 2 to 3 tsp. seafood seasoning
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • bread crumbs for dredging (optional)

    Mix all ingredients, but optional bread crumbs.

    crab cakes. Roll cakes in bread crumbs if desired. Fry in cooking oil over medium heat until brown.
