- 2 lb. crab meat
- 4 egg whites
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 c. crackers or cracker meal
- 2 c. evaporated milk
- 1/4 lb. margarine
- 1 tsp. pepper
- onion salt
- celery salt
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 2 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Soak crackers in milk.

2Mix dry ingredients into crab meat; add margarine and mix well.

3Mix cracker mixture into crab mixture.

4Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into crab mixture. Make into cakes and fry in oil.
