- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- pinch of salt
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 grated onion
- 1 lightly beaten egg
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- pinch of pepper
Directions

1Combine all ingredients and mix until blended.

3Pour cooking oil in skillet until 1/4 inch full. Heat over medium heat until hot.
