  • 4 lb. potatoes (12 medium)
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • grated onion (if desired)

Directions

    Boil potatoes; mash with electric mixer.

    Add cream cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper and grated onion.

    Beat at high speed until smooth and light.

    Spoon into a greased casserole.

    Dust with paprika and dot with butter.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes until golden and heated through.
