  • Old Bay Seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Mustard
  • 1 Egg
  • Dash Tabasco Sauce
  • 1 stack saltine crackers

Directions

    Season crab meat with Old Bay Seasoning and let stand.

    Crush thoroughly the stack of saltine crackers (in zip lock back with rolling pin)

    Combine all ingredients and form into patties.

    Cool in refrigerator for an hour.

    Lightly pan fry.
