  • 300 grams Pork offcuts
  • 2 tbsp Sake
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Grated ginger
  • 1 tsp Grated garlic
  • 1 Katakuriko
  • 1 Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil

Directions

    Put the ingredients in a plastic bag, and rub lightly.

    Let it sit for 30 ~ 60 minutes in the fridge.

    When the flavour has been absorbed, add the katakuriko, and shake to coat the meat.

    Sprinkle sesame oil to vegetable oil to add flavour, and deep-fry the meat at medium heat until it becomes crispy.

    Done.

    It's also delicious to wrap with lettuce or cabbage.
