- 300 grams Pork offcuts
- 2 tbsp Sake
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Grated ginger
- 1 tsp Grated garlic
- 1 Katakuriko
- 1 Vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
Directions

1Put the ingredients in a plastic bag, and rub lightly.

2Let it sit for 30 ~ 60 minutes in the fridge.

3When the flavour has been absorbed, add the katakuriko, and shake to coat the meat.

4Sprinkle sesame oil to vegetable oil to add flavour, and deep-fry the meat at medium heat until it becomes crispy.

5Done.

6It's also delicious to wrap with lettuce or cabbage.
