  • 1 pound Premium Lump Crabmeat (not Immitation)
  • 3/4 cups Panko Crumbs
  • 2 Tablespoons Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1 Tablespoon Chives Or Green Onions
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning

Directions

    Heat baking sheet in a 450 degrees F oven for ten minutes.

    Mix everything and form into 12 small patties (or 6 larger ones).

    The smaller I make them, the better they stay together.

    Spray with cooking spray (olive oil based).

    Cook for about thirty minutes or until browned.
