- 2 each eggs
- 1/2 cup Kraft Rancher's Choice Dressing
- 2 cups canned crabmeat, drained, flaked
- 2 cups Ritz Crackers, coarsely crushed
- 1 cup Kraft 3 Cheese Blend Shredded Cheese
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions

1Beat eggs and dressing in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended.

2Add crabmeat; mix lightly.

3Add cracker crumbs, cheese, onions and pepper; mix until well blended.

4Let stand 5 min.

5Shape into 48 patties (or 24 patties for trial recipe), using #60 scoop.

6Place in single layer in parchment paper-lined full sheet pans.

7Bake at 375F (215C ) for 5 to 7 min.

8or until cakes are heated through and golden brown.

9Serve warm.
