  • 2 each eggs
  • 1/2 cup Kraft Rancher's Choice Dressing
  • 2 cups canned crabmeat, drained, flaked
  • 2 cups Ritz Crackers, coarsely crushed
  • 1 cup Kraft 3 Cheese Blend Shredded Cheese
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

Directions

    Beat eggs and dressing in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended.

    Add crabmeat; mix lightly.

    Add cracker crumbs, cheese, onions and pepper; mix until well blended.

    Let stand 5 min.

    Shape into 48 patties (or 24 patties for trial recipe), using #60 scoop.

    Place in single layer in parchment paper-lined full sheet pans.

    Bake at 375F (215C ) for 5 to 7 min.

    or until cakes are heated through and golden brown.

    Serve warm.
