- 1 lb. crab meat
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1/2 c. green pepper
- 2 slices bread
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 egg
- bread crumbs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Saute onions and peppers in 1 tablespoon oil.

2Add to crab meat.

3Soak bread in milk until soft; add egg, bread, onions and pepper to crab meat.

4Mix.

5Shape into cakes and roll in bread crumbs; fry in oil until brown.
