- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 3 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 4 c. well seasoned chicken broth
Directions

1Mix flour, beaten egg, milk and melted butter.

2Stir in rice and parsley.

3Beat until smooth.

4Drop from spoon into hot chicken stock.

5Cover.

6Cook 15 minutes; leave covered during time dumplings are cooking.
