  • 1 lb. crabmeat
  • 1/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • pepper to taste

    Combine all ingredients and form into 6 patties.

    Fry in small amount of cooking oil until golden brown.
