- 3/4 lb. sea legs, coarsely chopped
- 3/4 c. unseasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onions
- 3 Tbsp. parsley
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 stick oleo
Directions

1Combine sea legs, crumbs, onions and parsley in bowl.

2Stir in milk and egg, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice.

3Mix well. Shape into about 8 patties.

4Add more bread crumbs if it is too moist.

5Fry in oleo in large skillet.

6Cook 2 minutes on each side, until brown.
