- 2 lb. crabmeat
- 1/2 c. diced celery
- 1/2 tsp. mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 2 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 eggs
- 2 pkg. saltine crackers
- cracker meal
Directions

1Break up saltines.

2Mix all other ingredients except cracker meal.

3Let stand until crackers are moist.

4Add crabmeat; roll in cracker meal.

5Makes about 2 1/2 dozen medium crab cakes.

6Let stand in refrigerator at least an hour before frying.
