- 2 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen crabmeat, thawed, drained flakes
- 3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- oil
Directions

1Mix crabmeat, 1/2 cup crumbs, eggs, mayonnaise, onion, parsley and salt.

2Chill.

3Shape mixture into 8 patties.

4Coat each with remaining bread crumbs.

5Fry in 1 1/2 inches of hot oil 5 to 7 minutes, or until golden brown, turning once.

6Serve with tartar sauce.
