- 2 slices bread
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 heaping tsp. mustard
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 heaping tsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 2 Tbsp. fresh minced parsley
- 1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
Directions

1Empty crab meat into large mixing bowl.

2Mix with a fork the other ingredients in the order given.

3Form into 10 crab balls or cakes.

4Use more mayonnaise or salad dressing if necessary to hold cakes together.

5Fry in oil until brown on each side.
