- 3 c. cooked crabmeat
- 1/3 c. soft bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. parsley, minced
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1Break up crabmeat; stir in bread crumbs and remaining ingredients except butter.

2Divide crab into 8 portions and place in hot butter in skillet.

3Flatten into patties and brown well on both sides.

4Serve plain or with tartar sauce and lemon wedges.
