- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
- 1 lb. crabmeat
- 1 c. bread or cracker crumbs
Directions

1Mix together first 5 ingredients; fold in crabmeat and crumbs. Let stand for 3 minutes. Shape into patties and place on waxed paper-lined baking sheet. Cover and chill at least 1 hour. Saute crab cakes in olive oil in a large nonstick skillet, 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until golden. Place on paper towels to drain.
