- 2 cans of crabmeat (6 oz)
- 1/2 small onion chopped
- 3 Tbsp. bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Directions

1Heat a little olive oil or peanut oil in skillet and heat. Combine above ingredients in bowl.

2Make patties.

3Roll in flour and brown both sides.

4It helps to keep hands moist while making the patties.

5For a change in flavor, you can add 1/4 tsp. curry powder, 1/8 tsp. turmeric and 1/2 tsp cumin.
