- 2 eggs, beaten
- 14 cup onion, chopped
- 12 cup cracker crumbs or 12 cup cracker meal
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 12 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning

1Mix the above ingredients well.

2Shape into cakes and fry in butter until brown.

3May be prepared a day in advance and fried just before serving.
