- 3 tsp. flour
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- dash of paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 3 tsp. sherry
- 1 1/2 c. half and half
- 1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 tsp. oregano (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed (optional)
