  • 3 tsp. flour
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • dash of paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 3 tsp. sherry
  • 1 1/2 c. half and half
  • 1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp. dill weed (optional)
